Proposals are solicited for full-day and half-day
workshops to be held with the IEEE Multi-conference on
Systems and Control 2008, which consists of three joint
conferences, the 17th IEEE International Conference
on Control Applications (CCA), the 23rd IEEE
International Symposium on Intelligent Control (ISIC) and
9th IEEE International Symposium on
Computer-Aided Control System Design (CACSD) that will
be held 3-5 September, 2008 in San Antonio, Texas (USA). Workshops that
would be attractive for practicing control engineers are of particular
interest, such as: modern methods of control system design;
computational intelligence and intelligent control systems design; unmanned
systems; aerospace applications; automotive systems. Also new and emerging
control applications and methods tutorials are welcome,
such as: control of biological and biomedical systems; MEMS and
nanotechnology based systems for measurement and control; renewable energy
applications, networked control systems, etc...
Proposals for workshops should be
